The general distribution concept divides the entire zone into five main areas: Grid Type-A to Grid Type-E. Each area is carefully planned for a harmonious and functional layout, catering to diverse needs while maintaining a cohesive aesthetic. To improve organization, areas are further split into three sections: the District Center, Right Side, and Left Side. This structure ensures balanced distribution of amenities, services, and residential spaces, fostering a well-organized and efficient community.

Each of the five areas features residential villas with a modular design, ensuring consistent quality and style while offering flexibility to suit different preferences. These designs optimize space, functionality, and comfort, with layouts for various family sizes and lifestyles. The modular approach also allows for scalability and future updates to meet evolving needs.

In addition to the modular design of the villas, each area features a unique Islamic pattern treatment applied to various architectural elements, adding a touch of cultural and artistic richness to the development. These patterns are thoughtfully integrated into the elevations' treatments, creating visually striking facades that reflect the timeless beauty of Islamic art and architecture. The use of Islamic patterns is not merely decorative; it also serves to create a sense of identity and continuity throughout the community, tying the different areas together while allowing each to maintain its distinct character. These patterns can be seen in intricate details such as window grilles, wall carvings, and decorative screens, as well as in larger architectural features like arches and domes.

The District Center is the community hub for social, commercial, and recreational activities, while the Right and Left Sides are residential, offering privacy and easy access to key facilities. This layout enhances functionality and fosters community.

Overall, the general distribution concept is a testament to thoughtful urban planning and architectural innovation. By dividing the zone into five main areas with distinct modular designs and Islamic pattern treatments, the development achieves a perfect balance between functionality, aesthetics, and cultural significance. This approach ensures that each area is unique yet cohesive, offering residents a high-quality living experience that is both modern and deeply rooted in tradition. The result is a community that is not only visually stunning but also practical, sustainable, and deeply connected to its cultural heritage.
