1. Administrative and Public Zone: The first sector is the administrative and public zone, which serves as the central hub for governance, administration, and public interaction.
This zone is comprised of two impressive buildings, each standing four levels high, designed to house offices, meeting rooms, and public service areas. The two buildings are connected by a grand, spacious hall that acts as a focal point for the zone, facilitating easy movement and interaction between the structures. This hall is not only functional but also serves as a symbolic gateway, welcoming visitors and creating a sense of arrival. The design of this zone emphasizes accessibility and transparency, with open layouts and large windows that allow natural light to flood the interiors, creating a bright and inviting atmosphere.
